Worked closely with Jessica Carver. She cares! She never made me feel I was taking too much time; there was always time for her to communicate and explain the process. Jessica fulfilled her company's commitment to have a satisfied customer. On a scale of 1-10, Jessica goes off the scale performing her duties and her heartfelt concern for her customers.
I have the chance to work at this call center for about 6 weeks. I will have to say this was an amazing place to work at. Starting with management all the way down to my computer workers, they all made me feel welcome and part of their team from the very first day.
