Service Dept - I have taken my (very) used RV to the Anna FT Service Dept. twice and they have done great work both times. They even sent someone to my house free of charge to help me with the slide they had repaired for me (I live close and it didn’t take him long but I was not expecting it to be free, especially since it was my fault it wasn’t working)! I have worked with several people there and I appreciate their helpfulness.
Purchased a wolf pup toy hauler from here and it was a easy process. John at service hooked me up with all the goods I needed
We recently purchased a new camper from Fun Town RV in Anna, IL. The sales process was straight-forward and a smooth experience. This is especially impressive, considering I made the deal with Matt over the phone and live 400 miles away. We were also impressed with the assistance we received from Jon from the parts department and Tomi from the service department. The service team are excellent and friendly. Always on top of getting you what you need for your camper. The Service Advisor always has a smile on her face when you walk in the store and very helpful.
