We are serious about buying a camper, unfortunately these guys did not seem serious about selling. They totally snubbed us, and it seemed like it was due to our budget being on the lower end of what they had available.
So far our experience is terrible. Our initial impression was favorable, the salesmen and buying process was seamless. We bought a brand new RV for a lot of money and already we’ve had big problems. We brought it to be serviced during peak RV use season and after 2 weeks they hadn’t even looked at it. Now when we call we can’t get anyone to speak to about the progress. We will be going to pick it up and will not be recommending this place to any of our boat club and travel friends
UPDATE..... I just wanted to raise the star rating today. Sometimes it's not how you start but how you finish. Somehow upper management got a hold of my review. They wanted to do everything they could to make me happy and to make sure that buying my camper was a good experience. My hat is off to the general manager and the service manager. Let's start with the good. We love the RV, we think that it is going to be the perfect unit for us. The part that left us with a really bad taste in our mouths was being misled by our salesperson. We were looking at two different 2025 hold over units. We were quoted prices and accepted the offer on the second unit. We were waiting to complete the deal and put the deposit down. The owner was great and kept his word and got my warranty work done in the amount of time he quoted at no charge. I have recommended multiple friends to buy their next camper from this location.
