We've done the usual team building stuff. The ropes courses, the cooking classes, the escape rooms. Some good, most forgettable. This was different. Our operations director found Fun-Tastic and we went with the arcade setup plus a game show package for our Q3 all-hands. People who normally don't talk to each other were trash-talking over ski ball. Genuinely laughing. Okay so I'll be real, planning our neighborhood block party this year almost gave me a full blown anxiety attack. I had no idea where to start and a friend suggested Fun-Tastic. Called them up, talked to someone for maybe 20 minutes and they basically just... figured it out for me. They asked the right questions, suggested some games I never would have thought of, and showed up day-of with everything ready to go.
