Avoid service department/customer service. – I bought a bike 3 weeks ago, over $1k spent. There was a brake problem due to bad rotors, which were replaced. The rear brakes still do not work, they will not lock up. I tell you, that is scary, when you want/need to stop and can't. I have ridden the bike once, due to a faulty fork seal (common on RockShox dart3) which I will say is not the dealers fault.
