Always clean... always fast! – I've been using this company for years and am never disappointed. They make recommendations, offer product pictures and pricing on their website and even cut me deals from time to time. They are amazingly clean jumpys. Cleaner than any other company. ILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
HORRIBLE!! – This company is completely unethical and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company or their rude, lying, unprofessional company/owners to anyone. Companies that function in this unethical manner will not survive nor should they!
Unethical – I notice that there was a flood of reviews on Fun N Jump once a negative one was posted. How convenient. The negative reviews given is 100% true. The owners of this company even had the audacity to claim that the negative review was written by a former employee. FALSE! They are LYING! I think that right there is a true display of the lack of integrity and business ethics this company displays.
Fun N' Jump family fun – We used Fun N’ Jump for a last minute party in February 2011 – a funeral, yes we do death a little differently - was a cause to celebrate an amazing mother/grandmother/great grandmother’s life. We LOVE Fun n Jump – We have been using Fun n Jump for many years and we have had nothing but quality professionalism and great service!! They are always on time, all units are clean, staff is super friendly, and the prices are GREAT!! The owners take pride in personally attending to me when I order and always explain the pros and cons about the items I'm considering for my party. 5 Stars!! Excellent Service! – My husband and I have been using Fun N' Jump for over 8 years now for our children's parties. We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday, and the staff was courteous and on time in dropping off our spider-man bouncy house. We had no troubles with arrangements and the equipment was clean and the children had hours of fun. I'd recommend this company over any other company in the valley. I would NOT recommend this business – I would NEVER recommend using this company! They ruined my nephew's 5th birthday. We made a reservation with them 2 weeks prior to the event and when the night of the party came, they never showed up. We called them an hour after the expected delivery time and we were told that they had lost our paperwork! (Mind you, our credit card information was on this paperwork that has now been misplaced.)
