Worst rental company I’ve been to. They aren’t very friendly and inviting. Seems like is family owned and ran. Prices to rent jet skis are higher than advertised outside on the sign. Employees were horsing around on our reserved jet skis rentals right before we rented them and then charged us an additional $1250 “service fee” post returning our rentals but couldn’t tell us why or what happened to the jet skis. BEWARE! This place is a scam. They will take your deposit and not return it. They kept my $1200 jet ski deposit when returned with no damage. Inconsistent variables reasons for why they are keeping it. Stay away!
BEWARE… Be wary! Price different than the sign. Something off when we walked in, we should’ve headed our gut.Rented 4 Jet skis. Long lecture about not getting sand in motor /prop so we stayed at least 100 feet away from any shore and were careful to avoid debris. We got a text a couple hours after renting saying they were charging our card $1250 until 1 of the skis checked further. Said one of the”wear rings” was a problem. BEWARE: Jet Ski Rental Scam Do NOT rent from this place. The entire operation feels shady from the start. Before our session, employees were horsing around on the jet skis in the no-wake zone and riding them roughly. Staff were unfriendly and the overall vibe was off. They warned us not to go near the shore due to possible rock and sand damage, so we were extremely cautious and stayed well over 100 feet away at all times. Don't rent from this business. Sneaky, rude and unprofessional. Rented a pontoon and jet ski for the day for $1,500. Battery on the boat died and would not start with 3 hours remaining for both rentals. No apology for the inconvenience. No let’s work out something for the 3 hours lost. Phil was having a bad day also was rude and had a bad attitude. He doesn’t know how to handle business when all your machines are breaking down.
