My first experience was 20 years ago around mother's day...I drove 35 miles to the store to get a flag for my Portuguese friend whose country was really struggling at the time.... my first visit I stayed for several hours,I became a family friend quickly...2 sweet ladies ran an impressive business and cared for their mother...over the years I stayed in touch and have gotten more flags for new and old friends....flags to me are a special gift to give someone here as an American immigrant.... I had such a wonderful experience at this store! I needed a Trinidad and Tobago flag quickly to represent my heritage, and I wasn't sure they'd have it. When I arrived, the owner even mentioned it was an unexpected request — but they came through! I was able to pick up my order the same day, which was incredible. The staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout the whole process. One tip: call ahead before you visit, as they have recently changed locations. Highly recommend!
As I was traveling to a World Cup game, I realized I completely forgot my flag! In a panic, I called Flag House Online during the drive (very early in the morning too!) and Rezan was a delight to work with. She helped me out immediately, gave me several flag options, and was extremely welcoming as I drove to her warehouse. 10 out of 10 would recommend! If she had an old Bosnian independence flag, I'm sure she'll have yours!
