Funny, Unusual Gifts/Party Supplies/Costumes This store has it all! They have as much as a selection as the larger chain stores, but you get a more personalized shopping experience from the friendly, helpful staff. Some things they carry are holiday items, birthday and gag items, and a great selection for summertime "Luau" Parties! I never walk out of the FunHouse empty-handed!! fun house balloons I ordered 2 dozens red and white heart ballons for my daughters bridal shower. When they arrived at the hall (7 minutes from the store) every single balloon appeared to have "nipples". Yes, I had 24 "breast" balloons at the shower just in time to welcome the red faced guests. Seriously, a little more air please. They didn't notice the odd shape? Also, I returned the balloons to the store in "perky" condition. No apology. Apparently staff and owners are the only ones having fun in their house.
Unacceptable! I was at the store today and recieved the worst service! I work for a non-profit and the store clerk questioned my purchases after calling to "verify" if it was ok to invoice me. The clerk treated me like I was a common criminal or was trying to pull something over on them. I have been doing business with the Fun House but today is the last time I will spend my money there. The Fun House just lost out on alot of money.

Horrible Customer Service My daughter and I visited the store looking for over the hill decor for a friend's birthday. There were two salesclerks, but both were waiting on another customer. They ignored me, even when I stood at the counter, waiting to ask a question. When I did finally ask my question, the women talked down to me and pointed me to an aisle and snubbed me and walked away. I spend a LOT of money on holiday decor - I decorate for every occassion. Great place I like this store they have anything from party supplies and decorations to halloween outfits to santa suits. Its a good size not wild about the parking though. The prices are just as good as anywhere else that sells these items. The staff is just great and its nice and clean. If you need items for your party I would go here and see what they have.
Fun House I like this store because you can get all kinds of party supplies here and they have a great variety of things that you can't find at other stores. I always go here every year for my kids' birthday balloons and they are reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They also have oodles of Halloween stuff in October. I highly recommend this store for your next party!
4 hour return window or $5 late fee We hosted a Saturday party. We rented Helium and purchased balloons and decorations from Fun House in Wyandotte, MI. Their tank must be returned between the hours of 11 AM and 3 PM on Sunday or there is a $5 late fee assessed. Are you kidding me? They give you a four (4) hour window and punish you-- even though you just spent $100+ in their store.
