My parents bought an Ultimate British Isles Cruise & Tour for this summer. They are in their 70s and took money from their savings to go on this tour that included many places they had on their bucket list to visit. Unfortunately my Mom has been in the hospital for the last 6 days with congestive heart failure. Her doctor has said she will not be able to go on this tour because of her condition.
