We used them to hire Elmo and Cookie Monster characters for a 4 year old bday (with other kids 1-6). Their price was a little bit more than another company I called but their costume was a lot better and also I know they are coming from a little farther away (we are in Newport Beach) so it does make some sense. This place did a good job at our recent event. We hired them for 3 hours to have someone come and twist balloons at our annual kid's day. It's a bit of a fund-raiser but also a community event. We do this every year for Magnolia Science Academy. We are based in Santa Ana but they have a local branch he was coming from Anaheim so not that far and they waived their mileage charges because we booked 3 hours which I thought was nice. I liked the Cocomelon character we got from here. She came out for a hour and entertained the kids. Brought some games and gave away little party favors. The kids were too young to really do much but it was to have someone there take some pics and sing happy bday. Just wanted to make sure it was a good quality costume and it was.

We rented the Cookie Monster adult-sized mascot costume for our son’s 4th birthday party, and it was a total hit! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
