Our Onan Generator wasn’t starting and needed regular service while on a cross country trip. Dave, the service manager got us right in. Very simple. 2019 Keystone product that had the furnace quit a week ago. Temps were below zero at night. Called Keystone Customer Service who took my information and advised me to contact the nearest authorized repair facility which turned out to be Holiday World of Las Cruces directly across the street from the RV Park I was in. Called their Service Dept. and told them my issue.
