As always Jeff, Mike and the team at the store are always exceptional to work with.
Purchased a new sand filter and had it installed by Jeff, the Service Technician. The installation was professionally done in a timely manner, and great care was taken for an excellent job. Would highly recommend their service. Found minor problem with install after pool filled with water. Jeff arrived within 2 hours and resolved the issue. Most places do not respond like this once the money is spent, really appreciate it!

I ordered a part for my pool on a Thursday evening and the salesperson stated that it would be in store by Monday. Then I called on Monday and was told a different story that the part wouldn’t be there until Wednesday. Called on Wednesday and yet another story stating part would not be there until Thursday and that they would text me when it got there. We purchased our Tiger River hot tub from Fun Center Pools & Spas in 2007, and have been enjoying it since. It has needed serviced a few times since purchased. Each time a tech comes promptly and costs are explained upfront. We have enjoyed doing business with Fun Center Pools & Spas.
