I bought a few hot tubs over the years from Fun Center Pools & Spas. They have always provided great service to us. The other day I called with an issue. Mike sent Jeff the service tech out. He fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.Thank you guys for a great job.
Jeff always shows up when scheduled ready to get the job done. I’ve had some major issues with leaks and the liner coming out in big sections over the winter. He kept a positive attitude and didn’t give up. Today, my pool is full, the water is clear, and the liner is reset.
As always Jeff, Mike and the team at the store are always exceptional to work with.
Purchased a new sand filter and had it installed by Jeff, the Service Technician. The installation was professionally done in a timely manner, and great care was taken for an excellent job. Would highly recommend their service. Found minor problem with install after pool filled with water. Jeff arrived within 2 hours and resolved the issue. Most places do not respond like this once the money is spent, really appreciate it!
