Once again Diane made the perfect cake for us. A delicious beautiful unicorn cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday.
We picked up the Lemon Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream from Valley (AG) Foods, and they were probably the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The cake was moist, soft, and perfectly lemony, and the buttercream was firm but still creamy and delightfully raspberry flavored.
Okay this went above and beyond what I hoped for. Came into town for a birthday and Diane was great to communicate with. I was so happy and my friend may or may not have cried when we brought it out. I’m not usually a fan of fondant but honestly best cake I’ve had. It was a vanilla cake with cream cheese icing and it was incredibly moist. Would highly recommend Fun Cakes by Diane!
