I have been using Ray since 2021 and I am not sure why I have not left a review yet! I was recommended Ray by my realtor (Renee Cofone) who also uses him. Right after I bought my house in Pinellas Park the AC went out and basically the whole unit needed replaced. I had a different company come first and they quoted me 20k for a new hvac unit and install. Everything was half that price with Ray and he did not try to sell me anything.
