From our initial phone query about a car, through to driving it away and even beyond, we cannot fault the service he gave. Something that happened on our first visit also impressed us. Excellent service! Simon who I purchased my car from was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. The car looked great when I purchased, but when I went to pick it up they had gone above and beyond cleaning inside and out! Cars been amazing and can’t fault the service at all! Bought a nearly new car from them, it had been warmed up for the test drive. And when we collected it. Suffered from a heavy pull on steering when cold. Why not use the garage below to repair it, rather than sell it like that? Also, every 500 miles, it went into limp mode, a very dangerous car. Again, they surely knew this and didn't repair it before sale. We replaced it within the year with a loss to us of £3000 and never used them again. Not a good taste left after that experience.
