Poor Communications , Poor business sense This company charges a $45 dollar service charge regardless of the situation. They even go so far as to charge a petty 4 dollar charge for the gas and oil ( that did not have to be changed) . I took my chainsaw multi use motor to them under what was supposedly a warranted problem they gave me the 40 dollars back less the gas charge stating it was all taken care of . weeks later they harassed me into giving the money back never admitting they were at fault and incompetent or apologeti... read more
Power to the people Fulwiders has been my primary source of repair parts for the many different types of gas powered equipment for nearly 20 years. I have also been very satisfied with their repair department. This a small, family-owned shop and the counter/customer service is great, thanks to the misses!
