We have been renting here for 10 + years and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend :0)
I Have had a personal storage unit here for the past 10 years and I am very pleased with my unit and the owners here are very precious. If you need a storage UNIT to rent or a uhaul I highly recommend Fultondale Mini Storage.
I’d never rent here again!! Period!! Worst customer service ever. In the beginning I thought it was alright. Got my unit set up and was paying my payments through CashApp. Everything was going fairly ok. Fast forward 2 years I paid my payment through CashApp and she texted me and told me. The guy work there sucks I been calling for weeks and no answer or return calls
You can never catch anyone there they never answer the phone or return ur calls and then want to charge a late fee, among other fees.
