Recently stayed here for a PA vacation weekend and are definitely coming back if we're in the area again. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the 3rd floor room had a little balcony that overlooked some of the nearby hills and fields, it's walking distance from any necessities, and the AC blows super cold. We didn't have time to make it to the pool or the restaurant, which is a shame, but the lobby cookies and lemonade were great. The hotel was so quaint and enjoyable! The steamboat theme was carried throughout the hotel and rooms in a very tasteful and charming way. My kids thought it was “extremely fancy.” The outdoor space, pond, fire pit, and playground were all fantastic, but what really set this hotel apart was the friendly and helpful staff. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great place to stay for a night in Lancaster!
Stayed here for a small vacation, loved it so much we spent Christmas here. Great staff, attentive and friendly. Clean spacious rooms. Great place to relax. Would recommend enlarging the game room. This hotel has everything for everyone, any age! Very classy hotel but has a great playground for kids and indoor swimming pool area. Adults without kids can have rooms on the upper floors and children area far enough away on the lower levels where it seems like they don’t clash. Excellent diner within the hotel too and right across from Dutch wonderland and minutes from the outlets.
Absolutely love this place! Great family atmosphere, but they also have a 3rd floor no children and quiet hours in the pool after 10 with no children. It is beautifully decorated to replicate an 1800's steamboat. Ducks and Koi fish in the pond. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good things about it
