I had a very good experience when representative came to my house same day to check out my gas tankless water heater issue. However, later in trying to get an estimate, I was very disappointed and confused in how the matter was handled. The quote was very high and they refused to break out parts vs. labor and also said it would take 4 people to do the job. I found another trusted company for 33% lower! It was the same brand & model tankless water heater to replace. Take the old one out, install the new one.

Others have posted similar complaints about Fulton Services, and I wish I had seen them earlier. The company takes inadequate responsibility for the quality of its services and disregards customer needs. On Mar 8, 2022, we paid Fulton Services $2,276.30 at a service visit, expecting that the plumber had completed the work we requested.
