My brother and I had a wonderful experience at Fulton Pointe Apartments. From the beginning of the application process, Destiny was so patient and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, knowing my brother would be in a place where people truly care and are ready to help. Whoever is in the office approved my application, changed my move in date twice, and when I arrived in person to inquire about moving in, someone cancelled my application without giving an explanation as to why. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.
The front office isn’t helpful, all they care about is your rent money, I asked for Pest Control on several occasions and the only reason they got Pest Control out because I reported them to the BBB. The apartments has a pest infestation and the office knows about this. The last 3 ppl in my apartment before me has had the same problem also. The rats chew through your walls and eat your food.
