I had a very disappointing experience with Fulton Pointe Apartments. My scheduled move-in date was April 24, 2026. Before moving in, I clearly communicated that I needed a 3-bedroom unit for my family. I was told by staff, including Destiny and Tiaa Smith, that a 3-bedroom would be ready at 3:00 PM that day. Based on that information, I paid my holding fee using my last available funds. However, when I arrived, I was told the 3-bedroom was not ready and still needed work.
