Extremely unprofessional. I had a tour set for a two bedroom, one bathroom. When I arrived I was told by a woman with long nails and lashes that she wasn't aware of our appointment. Not only was she not aware, she treated us like we had made the mistake on purpose, she was not apologetic at all. She explained that they had an A.I system and that was how our appointment got set, if that is the case people should be told that. I had a very disappointing experience with Fulton Pointe Apartments. My scheduled move-in date was April 24, 2026. Before moving in, I clearly communicated that I needed a 3-bedroom unit for my family. I was told by staff, including Destiny and Tiaa Smith, that a 3-bedroom would be ready at 3:00 PM that day. Based on that information, I paid my holding fee using my last available funds. However, when I arrived, I was told the 3-bedroom was not ready and still needed work.
