One of the best services ever received, got all my medications on time as promised within 2 business days.
Took them over 2 weeks to deliver my medicine. Of course they charged my credit card the day I called. Now I am on hold waiting to speak to some about why I haven’t received my refill. I called it in 17 days ago! So here we go again! The worst customer service ever!!!
The driver walked halfway up my sidewalk and THREW my prescription on my porch. I opened the door as it landed. Boy, was she surprised! Fulton Pharmacy, is your idea of customer service?
Horrible customer service as far as delivery drivers! George one of the delivery driver’ never delivered my duexis on Tuesday which I had already paid for it. I have to call and have one of the pharmacist tell me the driver called and no one answered and tried to deliver my medication which was a damn lie as I NEVER received a phone call. Come to find out these idiots had my address listed as center instead of court. (They sound Arabic).
