I am super disappointed with Fulton Paper & Party Supplies- Middletown location! Today I brought in two balloons that were the same brand as the ones sold in the store and asked for them to be blown up. They charged me $3.50 per balloon for AIR. Shame on you, Fulton Paper and Party!!!! $3.50 for air????? Apparently that’s the stores policy and that is absolutely not okay. I love coming here to get balloons for my collection! The customer service here is top tier for sure! They r always so nice and helpful here ! I can’t wait to get more big balloons from here !!
