If you have a baby/toddler that needs bloodwork, DO NOT COME HERE. The pediatrician recommended we come here and it is an absolute chop shop. Not a single person competent in pediatric phlebotomy.
It's Saturday and I arrived at the Fulton lab 8:45 am for lab work. Lab suppose to open at 9am. It is now 9:40am an no one at registration desk. People are arriving and waiting. Three people left. Very poor customer service. I would suggest either check on your staff or if time has changed posting lab time at registration desk. This is ridiculous!
I had such a wonderful experience. From the staff at check in to the lab technician. Even the early staff and technician. So kind and very professional. Thank you for such a great experience.
