I took two broken thermal pane windows in for repair. He measured them and said it would take two weeks to get them in. I took them home and put them back. Two weeks later I called she told me they were in. I went back with my broken frames and they were repaired in twenty minutes. The price was reasonable.
I don t know what these other reviews are talking about. I called them about replacing a broken window and they blew me off. I placed the order, got an estimate from them and was waiting for it to come in, in a couple of weeks they said. Well that time passed and they never called to let me know if it was in so I called them back. To my surprise they never ordered the window, so I asked them to reorder it because in needed one and they assured me it would be rushed in less then a week.
