This place makes me happy..all the right equipment and feels like an old school gym. Great place to go almost any kind of workout you want
I have found the owners to be very kind and knowledgeable, Always willing to answer questions or explain how something works. I truly enjoy their classes. The prices are very reasonable and it is a 24 hour gym. It is always a good experience. Sylvia Streu
I love the accessibility of the gym. A good variety of machines, affordable, and the owner is all around a great guy and cares about his patrons. I tell everyone I know to go to this gym. All positive vibes.
Convenient location to my home but I had to make special arrangements within a 30 minute window to set up my membership. I've been a member for about 5 months. A few cardio machines had minimal program options which I assumed would be corrected but wasn't. Equipment operated by cable had broken and been labeled "Out of Service". Although there's more than ample signs to re-rack weights, it was a consistent problem.
