Great customer service,friendly and very clean and reliable.
I haven’t been to the office yet, but my experience over the phone was excellent. Trinity at the front desk was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She answered all of my questions, made the scheduling process easy, and made me feel welcomed as a new patient. Great customer service, and I’m looking forward to my first appointment!
Went in to continue with my deep cleaning treatment I have been on for around a year. Appointment was for the cleaning / continue with my normal treatment scheduled during my last cleaning. They refused to continue with the current treatment. They performed full X-rays & an oral exam and stated I needed to restart all over again at an estimated cost of around $1,800!
