They Exploit the poor! They don't follow the rules set forth by the Public Service Commission. If you make a mistake over a $90 electric bill it will cost you $100 plus the $90 to get it turned back on, even when they still holding on to your $200 deposit. If they make a mistake turn off your power you have to go to Police Dep. show proof its been paid they will restore power in about an hour or so. Never so much as a we are sorry for your inconvenience.
