Lauren was awesome! We went in 20 min before close and she worked fast and efficiently to fix my rear brakes! I even bought a wicker basket for my cruiser. I love tower velo in fresno but Fulton cycle works is so awesome and I'm so glad to see a young woman (because I'm old as dirt) be so passionate about her job.
I bought my bike here in 2020 and the service was amazing, Dan was fun to talk to and extremely helpful. I brought my bike back this month for a tune up as it had been sitting for a while. Again the atmosphere of the shop was amazing. Dan helped me out deciding on new tires and tubes. Lauren did an amazing job on the tune up and both really went above and beyond when they found my brake was bent. I highly recommend this place, good prices, good atmosphere, and overall a great time.
Great customer service by the staff. I spend money at this shop every week, and they are so kind and personable. They are also super sweet to my kids when they come in with me. I highly recommend this shop. Great service!
Horrible service! I went to buy tubes for my bike The owner has a black lab that was barking aggressively and off lease with the OWNER doing nothing while it was barking at me. Not knowing if the dog I was aggressive I waited outside. A delivery guy approached and said I'm pretty sure he's a nice dog .... He opened the door and asked the owner if the dog bit. He said no. I walked in and said sorry your dog barking freaked me out. The owner replied " No worries you don't have to shop here". I said ok and walked out! Free Ship... read more
