Friendly helpful shop. Did a great job getting rim tape to stick and my tubeless tire is holding air well.
So many great things to say about this place. Immediately walking in I was greeted by a literal hello from the shop dog, Ragnar. He barked hello and pretty sure we’re best friends now. The owner and Lauren both assisted us and were so fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, hands on, the list can go on. I had a few questions and they had the answers , friendly and fast service they insisted a new chain and helped with a missing set screw on the derailer , good people
The first time I went here was to get a brake replacement for my bike and the second time was to get my shift and brake adjusted and they never disappoint! The people there was so friendly, and service was top notch! This place is a must if you're having bike problems. and s/o to Lauren for fixing my bike! You rock!!
We had a great experience here! Great customer service!! The shop lab Ragnar was so sweet. A few barks to welcome us into the shop but after a hand sniff and a few head scratches he was just as happy to see us as we were to see him! Love seeing local shops do so well, we will absolutely be returning for any bike services to Fulton Cycle!
