WIC department is extremely unreliable, as I have an appointment scheduled over a month in advance, I had to get a sitter for my 4 other children so I could take my baby to get his recertification done, an HOUR before my appointment I was sent a text message (not a call/voicemail) saying they had to cancel my appointment and I needed to call to reschedule. I called the next week on my next day off work to reschedule and was told they wouldn't be able to get me an appointment for another 2 WEEKS even though they were the ones... read more
