Apparently, you can report that your student was being harassed & singled out at Benjamin Banneker High School by a "teacher" by the name of Amanda Buck, provide evidence & incidents (including that the individual lied to an administrator), include the "Superintendent" in the emails, & still nothing happens. Looney never typed a single word, & the staff has done everything except reprimand Amanda Buck.
