The landlord seems to be a genuine person, but her availability is horrible, and we did a months worth of paperwork and tours just for her to tell me I make too much. And after doing the math, this is not affordable at all for the budget max they have set of 30,000/household
Terrible place to live where do I start? Bugs tweakers rude property manger and maintenance that barges in unannounced! (Caught on camera!) this place almost gets burned down every week. Smoke alarms constantly malfunctioning c02 leaks appliances not working rude neighbors and just overall not a good place to live and Definitely not low income. Don’t live here especially if u expect ur rent to stay the price they say it is.
