Really wish my mortgage weren't with these people and would recommend looking elsewhere when you finance. Basement flooded in last storm. Insurance company had no problems, got the estimate and issued a check that needs to be to me AND Fulton bank. It also included a thousand dollars in my own lost property. Worst Bank in USA
Let me begin by saying the Rockaway Branch is awesome! I had an issue sending Zelle between my Fulton bank and a local bank in my area. Melanie Kobylarz went above and beyond the call of duty to fix the issue that not even Zelle could figure out ! I am so thankful for having Melanie and Fulton Bank handling my banking needs !!!
