Fulton Bank is a nice small regional bank here in Central PA. It's fine for personal accounts. But in my experience, when it comes to needing a small business account -- stay away. The in-branch staff seems very unfamiliar with the process, it took a full month for me to gain online access to my own business checking account. Only then did I discover that there is no option in the "BOSS" system online to get paperless statements -- you have to go into the branch to request paperless statements.
