Let me start by comparing banks. I have multiple banks around and they are in general hard to deal with especially on startup. People are trying to steal our money every day and if you were getting fired or fined if you made an error (did not follow co. Policy) you might be strict also.these folks work hard and are nice to do business with in comparing others and I know. Keep up the good work.
Went into the bank open a business account with $5k and also comsdiering open a cd for $250k and the assistant was unable to do and assured me call me the next day and never heard back. Highly do not recommend this bank ill never go back
The employee at this branch on Saturday was lazy and rude. Other branches are more helpful and courteous. The way I deposit checks at the Washington county Md branches is not an acceptable method at the Frederick branch. When I asked if it’s company policy they just said “ it should be”. Clearly doesn’t know their own policy or could provide proof of it.
