The people who work at this office are amazing—kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Especially Christine and Aileen. Christine is always attentive and even anticipates what I might need before I ask. There are no words to fully express how grateful I am for their work and service.
I have been banking with Fulton Bank for 15 years and my company has been banking with them for decades longer. I am so happy with everything they offer and the customer service at the federal plaza branch is unbelievable. They are always ready to help and greet you with a smile every time I walk in the door.
