First the young lady, Britney that waited on me was polite and great attitude. I however was serious disappointed in the fees that are charged for cashier check. I never request much from Fulton and can state for fact my Members 1st CU doesn't charge these fees. I can say with confidence after over 20 plus years with Fulton, we will be closing out our account.

Went in to do something with my CD. I was told for over and over it was not due for 3 more months. I had the letter at home (should have had it with me, that was my error). I kept saying it was due 2/28. Finally after more than 10 minutes and looking all over the place on the computer I was correct. Somehow it got moved to 5/28. Visited the Quarryville office and spoke with the Financial Center manager about an apparently missing check issued by Fulton on my behalf. Since Fulton cut the checkI canneither see if irt was paid nor stop payment. But Fulton has taken the money from my account. Twenty four hours later and no one from Fulton has gotten back to me. Calling the Quarryville office gets a recording that they can not take my call at this time. Calling tyhe Bill Pay help line leaves you on hold forever listening to a recording. I had a problem with my card today, I was able to sort it out on your app in seconds. What happened, basically, Fulton wanted to make sure my unusually large transaction was real before posting it, proactivly protecting my money from potential fraud. My last bank wouldn't have caught that. Thank you, Fulton Bank, for safeguarding my money.
