Sandy is absolutely horrible. she consistently gives wrong info. it's one thing not to know certain things. it's another to give wrong info but be adamant that it's correct. she gave us completely wrong directions on what we needed to do about accounts when my grandmother passed. we wasted time and energy trying to follow her instructions. instead of actually trying to find the correct answers she just insisted she was right. she wasted our time and had us so upset because we believed what she told us was right. it is insane... read more
Horrible assistant manager at store in doylestown. He doesnt give you the time of day. I asked to speak with manager and still waiting on call back from him. Also they dont explain there rules right. I was told false information twice over there in doylestown. Definitely gona change banks since i cantt seem to get any problems fixed at fulton bank!!!
