If I could give 0 stars, I would. The employees at this branch have no idea what they are doing. It took 6 employees to figure out how to cancel an autopay, which ended up not being correct anyway. When calling customer service, I was told it will now take 10 business days to correct the issue and a check will be mailed, not just reversed. I spoke with 6 people at the branch, as well as 3 customer service people and was told a different story from all employees. Don’t recommend using for regular banking, let alone a loan. This bank since it has opened has it all wrong. A few tellers are not friendly at all! Especially Alicia. The Drive through wait times are insane. And let’s not even talk about the accident waiting to happen in that lot coming out of drive through. We pay bank fees every month yet when we go to get change your money is atrocious facing all different directions and not even wrapped. You’re a bank! My husband was just at the Fulton Bank on William Penn Highway, that used be Friendlys restaurant. Website states drive thru open to 6 pm. He was there by 5.30 pm and drive thru was closed. Sign in drive thru window states drive thru closes at 5 pm. He normally goes to the 25 th street shopping center which that drive thru was open to 6 pm on Thursday, which now he/we have to wait until Friday after 5 pm to deposit money from his paycheck.
