Went in Asked for money They gave it to me
Closed for holiday on Friday. Sat hours and there are not enough staff to handle amount of customers from Holiday closure. Waited 30 minutes in line to make a deposit as online e banking wasn't working Friday evening. My last experience at drive through sucked too. Center Valley branch is best place to go.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The employees at this branch have no idea what they are doing. It took 6 employees to figure out how to cancel an autopay, which ended up not being correct anyway. When calling customer service, I was told it will now take 10 business days to correct the issue and a check will be mailed, not just reversed. I spoke with 6 people at the branch, as well as 3 customer service people and was told a different story from all employees. Don’t recommend using for regular banking, let alone a loan.
