My husband was just at the Fulton Bank on William Penn Highway, that used be Friendlys restaurant. Website state drive thru open to 6 pm. He was there by 5.30 pm and drive thru was closed.sign in drive thru window stat drive thru closes at 5 pm. He normally go the 25 th street shopping center which that drive thru was open to 6 pm on Thursday, which now he/we have to wait until Friday after 5 pm to deposit money from his paycheck. Bad experience the first time going to this location. hopefully things get better. I know this is a new bank I get it. You are cramming two separate Banks into one location. The drive-thru was packed four cars for both lanes. When going to the ATM when your done you can't make a left. To park close to the building. You have to make a right and drive all around the property to re-enter the parking lot. Which is very confusing and weird with all the different angles. Inside the line for the tellers was 12 deep.
