Very slow service. Sat at the drive thru for over a half hour, they were not even busy.

You open a bank account and you got a mail regarding about two accounts. In addition the ATM is out of service and in the call center nobody knows an answer for anything, they just send you to the office.
I have been a business customer with Fulton Bank for less than a year. They closed the branch closet to me in February which already 20 minutes away now the closest one is in camp hill and I’m still banking with them till now but not anymore since one of their employees tried playing a fraudulent scam I would call it on me.
