You open a bank account and you got a mail regarding about two accounts. In addition the ATM is out of service and in the call center nobody knows an answer for anything, they just send you to the office.
I have been a business customer with Fulton Bank for less than a year. They closed the branch closet to me in February which already 20 minutes away now the closest one is in camp hill and I’m still banking with them till now but not anymore since one of their employees tried playing a fraudulent scam I would call it on me. No one ever answers the phone. When you drive over, they are not available. This has happened about three times, and each time I ended up wasting more than an hour driving there and spending money on gas. They should do better at answering calls, and even when the office staff is not available, someone should return the call. One time they used the excuse that their phone lines were down, but this has been an ongoing issue for the past few years. No customer service at all.
Improving statuses will get better soon....
