No one ever answers the phone. When you drive over, they are not available. This has happened about three times, and each time I ended up wasting more than an hour driving there and spending money on gas. They should do better at answering calls, and even when the office staff is not available, someone should return the call. One time they used the excuse that their phone lines were down, but this has been an ongoing issue for the past few years. No customer service at all.
Improving statuses will get better soon....
No one ever answers the phone, should not post a number! Is there is no one available, to take calls? Called two different local branches, same result.
Over the years, I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Fulton location!
