Today, anyway. My Fulton experience in my branch bank is usually good. I’ve been in line for 20 minutes. Customers are taking an unusually long time to complete their business at teller windows. No word from any bank employee about what the holdup is. Tellers are scrolling and looking at their computer screens and printing documents. No one is tending to the drive-through window. Cars are waiting outside. What the hell?
