Fulton bank, is by far, the worst bank I have EVER dealt with. They are so antiquated that they do not offer online bill pay for an auto loan, they still hand out payment booklets. I don't have an option to pay online for my car loan. They call and harass you to no end if you are even just a little bit late. You call customer service and you better expect to be on the phone for AT LEAST an hour only to be told there is no record of your previous hour long call to them. Avoid them like the plague.
Took a long time to get a cashiers check because of a simple matter that could have been cleared up if they just asked me about it, waited 40 minutes for a 5 minute service.
