An officer is a raciest. Reported to customer service but no reply after 2 months. My recent experience was terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment and started my application. Hi there! They're nice and warm caring people will help you with anything you need done. Me and my mom went to Fulton bank and they help us today they are real nice and warm caring people will help you with anything.
I have not visited the branch but I have worked with the loan officer, Frank Kolencik, who was JUST AMAZING to work with. I’ve worked with so many other loan officers and he is THE TOP in so many things. He is knowledgeable, caring, competent and responsive. He is my go-to person for any loan needs for me :-) I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to my friends and family. Thank you Frank! You’re so amazing!!
