The wait at this location for the stupidest reasons is what is making leave fulton. To have 1 person on the window/counter with no change available is stupidly. We have 43 restaurants to be told we have to wait 10-15 minutes is ridiculous. Tellers should have stocked stations at all times! Well fulton i hope your happy you ran customers off again!

Super friendly, quick service, and they completed my request, to exchange larger cash bills for smaller cash bills, without requiring me to have an account, use my debit card to complete the transaction, etc. I tried going to Bank of America immediately prior to going here, and they would NOT exchange cash for cash if I didn't have an account with them. Fulton Bank made my day! And the graduate's day who got the gift with all of the smaller bills loaded into it!!
Not having open lobby to do business banking is troubling. When your deposits are over 1k last thing I wanna do is sit in a drive thru an hold people up. Especially when we're required to do photo identification with deposits and then need change... come on Update your response doesn't help AT ALL!!! I'll just find another branch!
