From the minute Folson housing group took over our apartment complex it has been a nightmare four years now and things are already starting to break and need to be replaced since they renovated my closet door has been sitting behind my bathroom door in my bedroom for over a year I have asked repeatedly for it to be repaired it is the second one that has fallen off the track in my bedroom I have been ignored my kitchen faucet and sprayer does not work right when I turn the water on there's a noise and it sprays water out of t... read more
Other than the Smart-Mouthed Male who answered the door, my visit went well. He was RUDE over the phone, that's why I had to drive almost 20 miles just to speak to someone in person charge. He should be directed to Customer Service Support Training. I hope this helps him. His actions were NOTHING like the people in Charge.
