I've had a great experience with Fulshear Tire and Auto. They're prompt and professional and get the job done right the first time. They're my go to auto repair shop.
Highly disappointed. I set an appointment for an oil change at 11:30 I go in 10 minutes early and the gentleman said it would take 1hr and a half and I was totally fine waiting, around 1:45 I go up to the desk to see my car parked in the same spot I parked at and asked if my car was worked on and he informed me I was next, but I had an appointment at 11:30 and 2 hours and 15 minutes had passed no one came to tell me anything and I had to go pick up my kid from school. I went to flusher tire and auto for emergency electrical repairs for my BMW from damage caused by another shop from a simple oil change. Sandy and her team investigated the issue and addressed the situation with proficiency. For me it was time consuming and frustrating at times but the care and reassurance from her and her team was bar none the best customer service I ever received.
