This company exhibits poor communication and does not return calls or text messages promptly or at all. Upon installing my solar gate, my neighbor was told that my gate will never work. I was never told that. It operated correctly for 6 months out of the year for 2 years and then not at all due to the trees getting thicker and taller which prevented solar charge to the battery.
