Its almost silly to read the website about anticipation!! We are a refriderated carrier that has had nothing but issues with this company. they get you on the hook out of Washington with no spots or injunction from dispatch to be sure the shippers know about the pick up. We tried this with three trucks over a month period.it was 3 days to get it on 3 days after you arrive in Florida.they have zero interaction.
