I honestly don't understand how this place has a 5-star rating. My experience has been extremely frustrating. I placed an order over a week ago, was charged immediately, and still haven't received any communication about when or how my order will be delivered. I've called multiple times and never received an answer. Ironically, when I selected the billing option, someone answered right away, only to tell me to contact customer service. Fully Promoted SW Fort Worth was so easy to work with. Jennifer Garrett the owner walked me through every step of ordering promo items for my company. She had great ideas and helped me think outside of the box for my project. Once ordered, I had my promo items in hand quickly.
