I reached out for personal embroidery services, which they no longer offer, only business to business services. They referred me to another embroidery service…I provided feedback that the business appears in google searches for local personal embroidery services and the representative expressed they changed their model multiple years ago. It would be fantastic if this advertised as business to business ONLY online to avoid confusion for potential customers.

By far the best experience I've had ordering apparel (especially at the last minute!) While they have shipped finished products to my home or office, I don't mind the drive to pick up myself so that I can see and thank the crew in person. Well worth it!
