Ashley, Rebecca, Sal, and the entire team at Fully Promoted have been incredible to work with. As a small business owner, I use them for all my printing and embroidery needs. They are attentive, and always go the extra mile.
I reached out for personal embroidery services, which they no longer offer, only business to business services. They referred me to another embroidery service…I provided feedback that the business appears in google searches for local personal embroidery services and the representative expressed they changed their model multiple years ago. It would be fantastic if this advertised as business to business ONLY online to avoid confusion for potential customers.
Reached out to Fully Promoted for hats shirts and pens and they promptly provided a proof and got the work done quicker than expected all items are great quality. Will continue to use them to brand our team !
By far the best experience I've had ordering apparel (especially at the last minute!) While they have shipped finished products to my home or office, I don't mind the drive to pick up myself so that I can see and thank the crew in person. Well worth it!
