The Best!! Working with the staff here makes my projects so easy. They are very helpful with shirt suggestions, and both of the logos we have used here have turned out great. All my friends I have sent over there have thanked me, since so many monogram places have closed. Alyssa always remembers me and has ideas for everything I need.

I would NOT recommend this company! They messed up a blanket that I was having done and did not bother to call or let me know there was a problem until I came to pick up the finished product the day before I needed it. So on a Friday night, 16 hours before I needed the blanket, I had to run to the mall to buy a new blanket, bring it to the store and sit and wait for them to redo it. They did reimburse me for the new blanket I had to buy but did not offer any further discount for all the trouble that I had to go through and t... read more

Embroider Me believes they invented theft!-I had my logos digitized and they did not want to give me me logos on a flash drive.-a fonts was picked out for an initial which was to match a name previously embroidered. The new embroidered fonts did not match and was not lined up with theprevious work.-logos emgroidered on towels did not line up as previously discussed.I was charged over $500 which had to be prepaid. Money for poor workmanship could not be recovered.
